5. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, page design, text, images, and other content on the Platform (except content lawfully provided by users or merchants) are owned by Genki Shop or relevant rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Without authorization, no entity or individual may use, copy, or distribute the foregoing content in any form.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, network failure, system maintenance, third-party service failures, or similar reasons.
In any event, the Platform's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid in the relevant transaction (unless mandatory law provides otherwise).
The Platform does not bear direct liability for the quality of goods or services provided by merchants, but will assist in resolving disputes in accordance with Platform rules.
7. Changes and Notice
We may revise this Agreement from time to time as our business develops or as required by law. The revised content will be published on this page and take effect from the date of publication.
If changes are material, we will inform you by in-site notice, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The making, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to your use of the Platform's services.
If a dispute arises, the parties shall first seek resolution through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, it may be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction where the operator of the Platform is located, or to another competent dispute resolution body.
